Preston was walking home from school one day when 
suddenly!
프레스턴은 어느 날 학교에서 집으로 걸어가고 있었습니다.

Preston remembered his mother had asked him to go to the store.
Silly me!
프레스톤은 그의 어머니가 그에게 가게에 다녀오라고 부탁했던 것을 기억했습니다.

Preston was doing the shopping when 
​suddenly!

He dashed out of the store!
He remembered he had left the grocery money in his school desk.
Silly me!

Ah, there it is.

Preston got the money from his desk and
was coming out of the school when 
suddenly!

Preston decided to use the back door.

On his way back to the store Preston stopped by the park to play when

Billy the bully shoved past him and went down the slide!
​불량배 빌리는 프레스톤을 밀어내고 미끄럼틀을 타고 내려갔습니다!

*bully: (약자를) 괴롭히는 사람
*shove past: 밀어젖히며 나아가다

Yeow! 아야!

Preston climbed down from the slide and went on to do the shopping.
He was just coming out of the store when
suddenly!
프레스톤은 미끄럼틀에서 내려와 쇼핑을 계속했습니다.
그 사람은 막 가게에서 나오던 참인데, 그때 갑자기!

Mr. Plimp the storekeeper called Preston back to say he had forgotten his change.
가게 주인 플림프 씨는 거스름돈을 잊어버렸다고 다시 프레스톤을 불렀습니다.

Silly me! 아차!

At last Preston arrived home.
"Mom, " he said, “I've had the strangest feeling that someone has been following me."
Suddenly!
마침내 프레스톤이 집에 도착했습니다.

Preston's mother turned around and gave him an enormous hug!
